About Zamar Nation "The Levites"
Robert Perkins is the founder and leader of this evangelistic music ministry known as Zamar (meaning “to sing forth praises”) Nation. Robert launched this group in 2004 under the name Rob P and Zamar. The group performed locally for a year until God began to deal with Robert about the group members’ lifestyles. Subsequently, Robert released the singers who were not willing to make lifestyle changes. God began to show him that this evangelistic music ministry was a movement. His group would not only sing praises to God, but live their lives as “a praise to God’. The group, under its new name, Zamar Nation, is a network of minstrels whose lives reflect godliness and a passion for excellence. The current members are Mesha Perkins, Jason Johnson, Jason Deering, and Robert Perkins.
